When some of the tiles were received (direct from the manufacturer) slightly damaged I contacted customer service who apologised for the inconvenience and ordered replacements for me for a swift delivery.

Beautiful Minoli tiles delivered promptly and safely, excellent customer service. Only downside is I need just 2 more tiles, and will have to pay a delivery charge more costly than the tiles, at £75!

I absolutely love the Brompton ca Pietra tile and so did friends and family. So much so that I purchased them for my step daughter. The price was the best that I could find. No hidden VAT added, delivery free after a certain pay point. Delivery was the following week. We did have a problem with the delivery company and it was resolved by the time company promptly. Would definitely use again and very happy to recommend.

Yes - we always recommend ordering samples before making a final decision. You can order up to four tile samples to see the true colour, texture, and finish in person. Please note only tiles from specific suppliers are free, others will incur a small fee

Each product page includes a tile calculator to help you work out how many boxes or square metres you’ll need. Simply enter your area in m², and the calculator will estimate the correct quantity - we also recommend adding an extra 10% for cuts and wastage.
Yes, unused tiles can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that made-to-order, clearance, and discontinued items are non-returnable. Returns are subject to a small restocking charge.
