Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship all our products to England, Scotland, and Wales. We extend delivery services to Ireland and Northern Ireland for our Moroccan cement tiles. However, for all other tiles, we kindly request you to reach out to us directly so that we can provide you with a personalised shipping quote. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

How quickly will I recieve my order?

Our express shipping option is available for select products, guaranteeing delivery within 1-3 working days. While we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, we recommend placing your order well before noon to increase the likelihood of securing a delivery slot, giving our team ample time to organise the shipment.

Standard shipping generally requires 2-5 working days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the product. Specifically, our collection of Moroccan cement tiles may take up to 10 days to arrive due to their unique characteristics and handling requirements.

How do I know out how many tiles do I need?

Calculating the number of tiles required is easy with our tile calculator, available on the product page. All you need is the coverage area of your wall or floor. Simply input the dimensions, and the calculator will provide you with an accurate estimate of the number of tiles needed for your project. This ensures a seamless and efficient tile shopping experience.

It's important to be aware that our tiles are sold exclusively by the box. Consequently, when calculating the number of tiles needed for your project using our tile calculator, you might end up with excess tiles. We recommend considering this factor while planning your purchase to ensure you have the right amount of tiles for your project and a few extras for potential replacements in the future.

What’s the difference between ceramic and porcelain tiles?

When it comes to durability, it's essential to note that ceramic tiles are not as hard-wearing as porcelain tiles. In areas with extremely high foot traffic, it's advisable to avoid using ceramic tiles, as they lack the wear-resistant qualities of porcelain-based tiles. Porcelain tiles are less porous and absorbent compared to ceramics, which makes them more robust and capable of withstanding the demands of high traffic areas. For longevity and resilience in such spaces, opting for porcelain tiles is the recommended choice.

What tiles can be used with underfloor heating?

When considering tiles for underfloor heating, opt for porcelain tiles due to their heat resistance, ability to handle thermal shocks, and even heat distribution. Their durability and minimal expansion ensure a successful combination with underfloor heating systems, providing both comfort and longevity to your space.

Can wall and floor tiles be used interchangeably

The basic rule of thumb is that you can indeed use floor tiles on a wall, but the opposite – using wall tiles on a floor – is not recommended. Floor tiles are generally designed to withstand heavier foot traffic and wear, making them suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications. However, wall tiles are often lighter and not manufactured to handle the stresses of floor use.
