Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Distinct delivery rates are applicable to Ca' Pietra products as compared to Tile.co.uk stock items, each with its own designated delivery charge.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

Proper care and maintenance of your ceramic tiles will help them retain their beauty and longevity. Regularly sweep, vacuum, or dry mop to prevent dirt and debris from scratching the surface. Use a damp mop with a mild, pH-neutral cleanser for routine cleaning, avoiding abrasive or acidic products that could damage the glaze.

Promptly clean up spills to prevent staining, especially on light-colored tiles. Use soft cloths or sponges for wiping and avoid abrasive scrubbing pads. For tougher stains, use a gentle cleanser and test it in a small, inconspicuous area first.

Avoid dragging heavy furniture across ceramic tiles to prevent scratching. Place protective pads under furniture legs to prevent damage. Use coasters under cups and glasses to prevent moisture rings on surfaces.

While ceramic tiles are relatively low-maintenance, regular grout cleaning is essential to prevent dirt buildup and discoloration. Use a grout cleaner and a soft brush or toothbrush to gently scrub the grout lines.

Sealing is generally not required for glazed ceramic tiles, but unglazed or natural finish ceramics may benefit from sealing to enhance stain resistance. Follow manufacturer recommendations for sealing, if applicable.

Inspect tiles periodically for any chips, cracks, or signs of wear. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage. By following these care instructions, your ceramic tiles will continue to enhance your space's aesthetic for years to come.
