Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Distinct delivery rates are applicable to Ca' Pietra products as compared to Tile.co.uk stock items, each with its own designated delivery charge.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

Expect approximately 40 washes for every 20m² per litre of this product.

For optimal storage conditions, keep this product in a cool, dry, frost-free environment. The shelf life of this product is up to 2 years, maintaining its quality and effectiveness when stored appropriately.

To use All Clean effectively, dilute 1 capful of it per litre of warm water. Mop the surfaces with this solution and let them air dry. Avoid walking on the floor until it's completely dry. There's no need for rinsing. For mechanically polished and highly glazed surfaces, complete the process by buffing with a dry, soft cloth or a machine.

This product carries important safety information. It is considered harmful to aquatic life and has long-lasting effects in this regard. To ensure safety, keep the product out of reach of children and when handling it, wear eye protection, protective clothing, and protective gloves. In the event of skin contact, promptly wash the affected area with an ample amount of water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them carefully with water for several minutes, and if contact lenses are worn, remove them if possible and continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs, it's advisable to seek medical advice. Additionally, if clothing becomes contaminated, ensure it is washed before reuse. Responsible disposal is crucial, following local, regional, national, and/or international regulations for both the product and its container. The composition of this product includes Amides, C8-18 and C18-unsatd., N, N-bis (hydroxyethyl), Anionic surfactant (5% or over but less than 15%), Non-ionic surfactant (5% or over but less than 15%), and Perfume. It is labeled in compliance with EC No 1272/2008 regulations.
