Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

Approximately 10 square meters per 500ml, with coverage varying based on the surface's porosity, applied in a single coat.

Ensure storage in a cool, dry, frost-free setting. The shelf life for unopened containers extends up to four years.

Prior to applying this sealer, it is imperative to ensure the tile surface is both clean and completely dry. For tiles slated for wet cutting, it's advisable to safeguard them by applying a minimum of one sealer coat. After fixing the tiles but before grouting, apply at least one sealer coat using a sponge or soft cloth, promptly buffing it into the surface. Continue until any excess sealer is removed, and allow a minimum of two hours before commencing the grouting process with standard grout.

When employing colored or pigmented grouts, it's recommended to apply a minimum of three additional coats without buffing off the excess, with a two-hour interval between each coat. Proceed to grout the joints and promptly remove any excess with a sponge and water. Allow the grout to solidify, approximately two hours, and then use Deep Clean along with a coarse pad to dislodge any remaining grout residue and sealer. Wipe away any remaining residue with a buffing cloth. Note that due to variations in crackle glaze tiles, it is advisable to conduct a product test initially to determine the required number of coats.

As an optional step, once the surface is dry (minimum of 24 hours), apply an additional sealer coat to cover both the surface and the joints. After 48 hours have elapsed, the surface can be cleaned as usual. Employ a buffing cloth to eliminate any excess sealer from non-absorbent surfaces.

This product contains a combination of Hydrocarbons, C9-C11, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics, with less than 2% aromatics, and ethyl acetate. It's crucial to be aware of potential hazards and take necessary safety precautions. Repeated exposure can lead to skin dryness or cracking. This substance is classified as a flammable liquid and vapor, and ingestion could be fatal if it enters the airways, possibly causing drowsiness or dizziness. To ensure safety, always store it out of the reach of children and away from any potential ignition sources. No smoking is allowed in the vicinity, and protective gloves and eye protection should be worn when handling the product.

In the event of ingestion, it's vital to immediately contact a POISON CENTER or seek medical attention, avoiding any attempts to induce vomiting. Skin contact should prompt the removal of contaminated clothing and rinsing of the affected skin with water or a shower. Inhalation requires moving the affected individual to an area with fresh air, ensuring they are comfortable for breathing. Proper storage involves keeping the product in a well-ventilated area while maintaining a cool temperature. When it comes to disposal, both the product and its container should be disposed of at a hazardous or special waste collection point to ensure responsible handling.
