Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Distinct delivery rates are applicable to Ca' Pietra products as compared to Tile.co.uk stock items, each with its own designated delivery charge.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

For optimal preservation, it is recommended to store this product in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment. Unopened containers of this product can be safely stored for up to four years, ensuring its longevity and effectiveness.

To maintain surfaces treated with this product, follow these steps: Routinely sweep the floor to keep it clean. Use Clean & Sheen to both clean and protect the treated surfaces. In areas where the seal shows signs of wear, apply more Stone Shield to refresh the protection. If, at some point, a complete renovation of the seal is needed, use Deep Clean to strip away the original seal before re-applying.

For optimal results, ensure that the surface is entirely clean and dry. Retained moisture can lead to the Stone Shield drying opaquely or hinder it from achieving full hardness.

On rough cut, textured, or riven surfaces, employ a paint brush for application. Apply a thin, even coat in one direction without rubbing or buffing. Allow it to dry for a minimum of one hour and then apply additional coats at right angles to the previous one, up to a maximum of six coats.

For honed and smooth surfaces, use a micro-fiber cloth or pad. Pour the contents into a flat tray container, saturate the cloth or pad, and thinly and evenly apply it to the surface. Similarly, apply additional coats at right angles to the previous ones, with a maximum of six coats.

Avoid over-application, as excessive coats may lead to an unsightly buildup and diminish product efficiency. The Stone Shield begins to harden after an hour, with full water resistance achieved in three days. If uncertain, conduct an experiment on spare tiles to determine the correct application method and the optimum number of coats before general use.

This product comprises CARBONATE DE TETRAAMMINEZINC (2+), 2-METHYLISOTHIAZOL-3(2H)-ONE, and 1,2-BENZISOTHIAZOL-3(2H)-ONE, along with a mixture of 5-CHLORO-2-METHYL-4-ISOTHIAZOLIN-3-ONE and 2-METHYL 2HISOTHIAZOL-3-ONE in a 3:1 ratio. It's important to note that this product may trigger allergic skin reactions, cause severe eye irritation, and have harmful effects on aquatic life that persist over time.

To ensure safety, always keep this product out of reach of children and avoid eye contact. Prevent its release into the environment and use protective gear, including gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection when handling it. In case of skin contact, promptly wash the affected area with an ample amount of water and soap, and have the product container or label ready if medical advice is required. Additionally, exercise caution to avoid inhaling vapors or spray. Proper disposal is essential; ensure both the product and its container are disposed of at a designated hazardous or special waste collection point.
