Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Distinct delivery rates are applicable to Ca' Pietra products as compared to Tile.co.uk stock items, each with its own designated delivery charge.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

To safeguard the quality and longevity of this product, it should be stored in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment. Unopened containers of this product can be safely stored for up to four years, providing ample time for its use without compromising its effectiveness. These storage guidelines ensure that the product remains in optimal condition, ready for your needs whenever required.

To maintain surfaces treated with the sealer, it's essential to establish a routine. Regular upkeep involves sweeping the floor and using All Clean for washing. However, every 3–4 years, a more comprehensive cleaning process may be necessary, and for this, Deep Clean is recommended. After such intensive cleaning, surfaces may benefit from a reapplication of the sealer. For detailed guidance on this, it's advisable to consult the technical data sheet for Deep Clean, ensuring your surfaces continue to look their best and remain protected.

When using this product, it's important to follow a specific set of instructions for optimal results. Begin by shaking the bottle thoroughly before use. Ensure that the surface slated for treatment is impeccably clean, dry, and devoid of any dirt or grime. Application is best achieved using a soft cloth or brush, allowing for a minimum of two hours between each coat. For surfaces with higher porosity, consider applying additional coats generously.

Around one hour post-application, employ a soft, lint-free cloth or a buffing machine to rub over the surface. This step is crucial for achieving a uniform finish and for removing any excess material that hasn't been absorbed. While the product will dry in approximately two hours, it will take an additional three days to reach full resistance.

It's essential to bear in mind that the objective is to thoroughly fill the substrate with the sealer without over-applying it. Avoid applying the sealer in direct sunlight. While the sealer aids in inhibiting oil-based stains, it's still advisable to promptly clean up any such spills. For newly installed surfaces, ensure they are completely sealed before grouting. In cases where the floor has a rougher surface, using an appropriate surface sealer alongside this sealer may be prudent. Always use the product in well-ventilated areas and be cautious not to inhale vapors. Finally, take care not to use the product in temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C for the best results.

Health Risks: Repeated exposure may lead to skin dryness or cracking. This substance is a flammable liquid and vapor. Ingestion may be fatal if it enters the airways and could cause drowsiness or dizziness.

Keep Out of Reach: Ensure this product is stored out of the reach of children.

Avoid Heat and Ignition Sources: Keep it away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other potential ignition sources. No smoking should be permitted around it.

Protective Gear: When handling, wear protective gloves and eye protection.

In Case of Ingestion: If swallowed, immediately contact a POISON CENTER or consult a doctor or physician. Do NOT induce vomiting.

In Case of Skin Contact: If the substance comes into contact with the skin (or hair), remove all contaminated clothing without delay. Rinse the affected skin with water or shower.

In Case of Inhalation: If inhaled, promptly move the affected person to a place with fresh air and ensure they are comfortable for breathing.

Storage: Store in a well-ventilated area and keep the product cool.

Disposal: Dispose of both the contents and the container at a hazardous waste or special waste collection point.
