Ca' Pietra processes UK orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 4-5 days. Our distribution of stone and tiles occurs from our Wiltshire-based warehouses.

Distinct delivery rates are applicable to Ca' Pietra products as compared to Tile.co.uk stock items, each with its own designated delivery charge.

Should you require small tile orders under the dimensions of 35x35cm and weighing less than 50kg, a parcel delivery option ranging from £19.55 to £51.75 (including VAT) is available.

Pallet loads being transported within Mainland UK are subject to a charge of £74.75 per pallet load, which generally weighs around 1000 kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the applicable pallet rate stands at £131.10 per pallet.

Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide delivery services to the highlands and islands.
Delivery Procedure:

Our deliveries are facilitated using sizable curtain/panel rigid lorries equipped with tail lifts, while smaller orders are entrusted to UPS couriers. To ensure appropriate arrangements, please provide any restricted access details ahead of delivery. Feel free to reach out to our customer services team if access concerns arise.

As a standard practice, deliveries are typically made to the nearest flat hard standing area adjacent to the property, often at the kerbside.

Please note that the delivery driver is unable to assist in handling or relocating the goods within the property or outbuilding. It is essential for someone to be present to receive the order.

Furthermore, the delivery driver is not authorized to remove packaging materials or any empty pallets. Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the on-site team.

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates and times. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any lost working hours. To mitigate such situations, we recommend placing orders well in advance of project commencement.

In cases where access to the agreed delivery address is unattainable, we will establish communication with you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply in such instances.

Lower porosity surfaces: Approximately 15 square meters (15m²) per unit.
Higher porosity surfaces: Approximately 7.5 square meters (7.5m²) per unit.
Polished surfaces: Approximately 30 square meters (30m²) per unit.

To maintain the treated surfaces effectively, it's important to establish a routine. Routinely sweep and wash the floor, and for walls, floors, and work surfaces, use All Clean for cleaning.

For proper storage, keep the product in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment. Ensure it is securely locked up. Unopened containers of this product can be safely stored for up to two years, maintaining its quality and effectiveness.

To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, proper surface preparation is crucial. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface, making sure it is completely dry and free from any dirt or grime. In cases where a more intensive cleaning is needed, you can employ a diluted solution of Deep Clean (mixed at a 1:10 ratio) and a white pad, followed by a thorough rinse, allowing the surface to dry for about 24 hours.

The application process varies depending on the type of surface:

For Rough Cut, Tumbled, Textured, or Riven Surfaces, start by shaking the bottle before use. Apply the sealer generously and evenly using a foam roller or paintbrush. On surfaces that are particularly absorbent, apply additional coats at hourly intervals until the surface is fully saturated.

For Honed, Smooth, and Polished Surfaces, shake the bottle before application, and then apply the sealer liberally and evenly using a sealant applicator pad, a lint-free cloth, a lamb's wool applicator, or a sponge. Allow the surfaces to dry, and if any residual sealer is still visible after one hour, make sure to remove it. When working on vertical surfaces, it's advisable to apply the sealer from the bottom up for optimal results.
