Delivery Charges

For small tile orders under 35 x 35cm and weighing less than 50kg, parcel delivery is available from £19.55 to £51.75 including VAT.

Pallet deliveries within Mainland UK are charged at £74.75 per pallet, with each pallet typically weighing up to approximately 1000kg.

For deliveries to Scotland, the pallet delivery charge is £131.10 per pallet.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Ca’ Pietra products to the Highlands and Islands.

Delivery Procedure

Larger deliveries are made using curtain-sided or panel rigid lorries with tail lifts. Smaller orders are usually delivered by UPS courier.

Please advise us of any restricted access details before delivery so that suitable arrangements can be made. If you have concerns about access, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Deliveries are generally made to the nearest flat, hard-standing area next to the property, usually kerbside.

The delivery driver is unable to move goods inside the property, into an outbuilding, or to assist with handling. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Drivers are also unable to remove packaging materials or empty pallets. Once the goods have been unloaded, they become the responsibility of the customer or on-site team.

We always aim to meet agreed delivery dates and times, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. We cannot accept responsibility for lost working time, so we strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your project start date.

If delivery access is not possible at the agreed address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply.

For effective porcelain tile cleaning, start by eliminating dust using a dry mop or vacuum, paying extra attention to corners and tile gaps. Address specific stains by gently scrubbing with a soft nylon brush and warm water in circular motions, ensuring even coverage. Proceed to mop the area with a gentle floor cleaner, followed by a thorough rinse using hot water before it sets. Conclude by drying the tiles using a microfiber cloth or towel, then achieve a brilliant shine by buffing with cheesecloth or a similar fabric.
